The Rugged Rukus delivers about eight hours of continuous operation from its built-in rechargeable batteries. The system can completely recharge in less than five hours via its solar panel, in direct sunlight. When you’re home, you can use the included USB cable to recharge your Rukus from your computer.

The system’s USB charging port lets you recharge your smartphone or other portable — even when the Rugged Rukus is running on battery power.
